Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning services according to company standards
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces throughout homes and businesses
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Detail surfaces such as baseboards, fixtures, appliances, and mirrors
- Work efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
- Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures
- Maintain professionalism and respect when working in clients’ homes
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not required — we will train the right candidate
Work Schedule
Typical cleaning hours are between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Occasional weekend work may be available depending on scheduling needs.
