We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial and residential settings. Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
• Ensure all restrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Clean and maintain kitchen areas, including appliances, countertops, and dining spaces.
• Dispose of waste materials properly and ensure recycling protocols are followed.
• Conduct routine inspections of homes/facilities to identify cleaning needs.
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Use cleaning equipment safely and according to guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
• Interact with customers and represent Bright Cleaning Solutions with courteous professionalism.

Experience

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is required. Starting pay will determined based on prior relevant experience.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures is a plus, though not necessary.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately and double check one's work.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
