Location: Central New Hampshire Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour Schedule: 45 hours/week during peak season | Saturdays required during peak season

Ready Equipment is the premier source for construction and outdoor power equipment in Central NH. We are looking for a high-energy Yard Coordinator who doesn't mind breaking a sweat and thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

This is not a "sit-behind-the-counter" role. You will be the heartbeat of our yard—managing the flow of heavy machinery, documenting inventory via tablet apps, and ensuring our customers are ready for the job site. If you have a background in landscaping, construction, or equipment rentals, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

The Daily Grind (What You’ll Be Doing)

• Active Operations: You’ll be on your feet most of the day—walking the yard, stooping, and climbing in and out of heavy machinery.
• Loading & Unloading: Safely assist customers and drivers with equipment, attachments, and tools (utilizing forklifts when necessary).
• Tech-Forward Documentation: Use phone and tablet apps to scan and document the condition of every machine arriving or departing.
• Quality Control: Conduct final inspections to ensure every rental is clean, fueled, and "Ready-to-Work."
• Yard Mastery: Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient yard layout; conduct weekly inventory checks on all assets.
• Customer Education: Show customers how to safely and effectively operate their rental equipment.
• Growth: Cross-train with our Inside Sales team to learn the business from the ground up.

What You Bring to the Table

• The Experience: Strong preference for candidates with a background in Landscaping, Construction, or Equipment Dealerships. You should already be comfortable around machines.
• The Stamina: You enjoy a physical role that requires lifting 50 lbs and staying active throughout a 10-hour shift.
• The Schedule: You are reliable and available to work every Saturday and put in 45 hours per week during our busy season.
• The Tech: Comfortable using mobile apps and basic computer software for inventory tracking.
• The Drive: A clean driving record and a valid license are required.
