Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Associate specializing in Rental and Outdoor Power Equipment for our full-time, on-site position in Meredith, NH. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, generating sales leads, managing rental transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining product knowledge to offer tailored solutions. Additionally, this role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to both contractors and homeowners alike, contributing to the success of our sales and rental operations.

• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation for developing customer relationships and driving business growth
• Commitment to Customer Service and achieving Customer Satisfaction by addressing client needs effectively
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with a diverse customer base and providing tailored solutions
• Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize tasks and contribute positively in an on-site team environment
• Familiarity with rental equipment, outdoor power tools, or contractor supplies is a plus
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, point-of-sale systems, and inventory management software
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training related to equipment sales or customer service are advantageous
