Ready 123 Solutions and Access Parks provides fiber and low voltage technicians to install, troubleshoot internet services for RV and Mobile home Resorts, National Parks, and major Brands.
Project Objective:
Installation of Broadband Wi-Fi throughout the RV park; including point-to-multipoint (PtMP) wireless network, receiving radios on poles and Wi-Fi radios on poles. Electrical for poles to be trenched from existing RV utility pedestals. Set necessary poles. Complete necessary electrical work to support all equipment necessary to support Access Parks.

Scope of Work
- Review equipment and design specifications with AccessParks team and Field Operations Manager (FOM).
- Contractor is responsible for all required necessary licenses & permits.
- The contractor must validate permitting requirements for all work and notify FOM via email that permits will/will not be needed and provide details.
- Locates are required and expected. If locates are not completed all damage incurred is the responsibility of the contractor.
- Contractors will adhere to OSHA standards.
- The installer is responsible for labelling all premise cabling installed onsite. Source and destination designation on cable.
- The contractor is responsible for clean-up and returning environment back to original requisite condition.
- The contractor is to provide 90-Day workmanship warranty on all terminations and equipment installation. For all service impacting warranty related work, a 24-hour response time is required. If the contractor cannot adhere to this requirement, they will be billed for services rendered by a third party for the necessary repairs.
- The contractor is responsible for submitting a change order for any additional time and materials prior to work. Pre-approval is required.
- The contractor is responsible for providing regular updates to the FOM, this may include daily or weekly updates, installation photos, etc.
- All closeout documentation is required before the contractor leaves site, failure to provide Closeout tasks to the satisfaction of the FOM will result in delayed or non-payment.
- On-site survey with contractors and AccessParks FOM (can be Day 1 of on-site)
- Day 1:. Begin Construction
- Inventory on-site equipment. Receive equipment from couriers as needed, i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS. Some deliveries may require offload by hand, forklift, etc. including poles if applicable. Report any discrepancies to AccessParks.
- Mark pole locations on ground with paint. Update pole locations on map as necessary and obtain approval from park owner/manager for locations.
- vi. Utility Locates requested by contractor and completed for entire venue prior to Day 1 onsite.
- vii. Locates are required and expected. If locates are not completed all damage incurred is the responsibility of the contractor.
