Position Overview
The Reading Royals are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Ticketing Department with customer data, CRM management, lead generation, marketing automation, and ticketing analytics.
This is a hands-on opportunity to work with real customer data and technology used to identify, organize, and reach potential ticket buyers.
This internship is designed for the Fall 2026 semester, with the potential to continue through the 2026-27 season based on the intern’s availability, performance, and mutual interest.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Customer Data
- Maintain and organize customer and prospect data in Monday CRM, including managing lead categories, segments, and outreach lists.
- Pull and analyze customer data from StellarAlgo and connected data sources to analyze fan demographics, purchasing behavior, and other characteristics to identify audience segments and opportunities for targeted ticketing outreach.
- Assist with managing and monitoring StellarAlgo automations and customer segments.
- Build targeted prospect lists and provide data-driven insights to support ticket sales and marketing efforts.
Ticketing & Sales Support
- Help track lead activity, campaign performance, and conversions.
- Support the Ticketing Department with data-related projects and reporting.
- Identify trends and opportunities within customer data to support ticket sales and marketing efforts.
- Assist with organizing and managing lead lists for the ticket sales team.
Qualifications
- Current college student pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing, Sports Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong interest in data, technology, CRM systems, marketing automation, and sports business.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and organizing large amounts of information.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn new software and technology quickly.
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, CRM platforms, or data analytics tools is a plus.
