Work Schedule: Work Schedule: Monday through Friday. Hours may vary based on business needs.

Job Purpose
Establish and execute business strategies to achieve short and long-term revenue and profitability objectives. Take ownership of gathering requirements, building, testing, and deploying software solutions and features that deliver significant benefits to our teams. Establish project management methods to ensure on-time, on budget and as-designed systems go live effectively. Responsible for managing small IT team and outsource providers to carry out support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage ERP updates to deliver benefits and help scale business operations for existing and new businesses.
- Analyze business needs presented by users and recommend technical solutions with completion timeline.
- Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery, backup procedures, information security and control structures.
- Act as liaison with ERP supplier, interface between users and software support, and communicate ERP updates changes to users.
- Participate in all hardware and software evaluations and maintains vendor contracts.
- Maintain organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plan.
- Direct research in emerging technology by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
- Produce detailed timelines and implement effective project control for each software release.
- Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
- Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, and anticipating organizational requirements.
- Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.
- Create reports and dashboards to meet the data needs of all departments.
- Develop training/documentation for all IT systems.
- Resolve problem transactions in ERP system and follow up with corrective action.
Education, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Accounting or a combination of education.
- 2–4-year Infor (Syteline) CloudSuite Industrial ERP Preferred.
- 2 -4 years’ experience; 2-4 years’ SQL,
- Basic ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, using the English language.
- MS Office, Databases, web-based applications, and visual analytical tools
- Unsurpassed leadership skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Power BI Report Writing and Dashboards.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.

Work Environment:
Manufacturing and office environment. Exposure to noise, fumes, and dust, while in manufacturing facilities.
Physical Demands:
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting, to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard, and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible. Works indoors most of the time. Works somewhat close to other people, such as when sharing office space.
