Job Summary
Work Schedule:
Full Time Hybrid Position, on site days are Tuesday and Thursday.
Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
The Senior Decision Support Analyst is responsible for the providing technical guidance, lead analysis and evaluation for work groups, business needs and requirements. This position is will need to maintain the setup and monthly process of the cost accounting system, ongoing review of the hospitals operations and expenses, as well as assistance with the formulation reporting needs. The Senior Decision Support Analyst will support the Decision Support Manager in accessing supportive tools, reports, dashboards and models. They will assist in the development of user training and oversee system documentation. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring that the data being aggregated and reported utilizing the hospitals systems such as Lawson, EPIC, Power BI and DSS accurately reflects the results of the hospital and engages Finance and the rest of the Decision Support staff to routinely reconcile the modules to core financial systems to test the accuracy.
