C3-Medical Unit- 27 bed unit. Common diagnoses include sepsis, cellulitis, gastrointestinal bleed, pneumonia, diabetic complications, and medical management pre- and post- liver transplant. C3’s care team includes close collaboration with physicians, social workers, case management, and pharmacists to provide comprehensive care. Our care standards include bedside shift report, meaningful hourly rounding, and interdisciplinary care team rounds. C3 provides a vast array of clinical experiences including wound vacs, chest tubs, tracheostomies, and various other diagnoses. - Part-Time Day Shift
- Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care.
- Delivers excellent nursing care through evaluations, planning, implementation, and documentation while serving a diverse patient population with complex concerns.
- Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
- Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Education Requirements
- Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Relevant Experience
- PA Registered Nurse Temporary Practice Permit or Registered Nurse License
