We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist who values hands-on care, is eager to learn new techniques, and is passionate about making a meaningful impact in patients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive specialized training in the Reavy Method.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and re-evaluations for new and returning patients.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.
- Restore function, alleviate pain, and prevent future injuries through targeted physical therapy interventions.
- Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and strategies for continued progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with the clinical director, PT team, aides, and client service specialists.
- Stay current with licensure requirements and enhance skills through continuing education.
- Support administrative tasks, including insurance verification, scheduling, and billing inquiries.
- Engage in marketing, outreach, and networking efforts, including social media, webinars, and provider collaborations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois (Required).
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- 2-3 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic, manual therapy-focused setting (Preferred).
- Advanced training in manual therapy techniques (Preferred).
- CPR certification (Preferred).
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to build and maintain a strong patient caseload.
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
