We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist who values hands-on care, is eager to learn new techniques, and is passionate about making a meaningful impact in patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive specialized training in the Reavy Method.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and re-evaluations for new and returning patients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Restore function, alleviate pain, and prevent future injuries through targeted physical therapy interventions.
• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and strategies for continued progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with the clinical director, PT team, aides, and client service specialists.
• Stay current with licensure requirements and enhance skills through continuing education.
• Support administrative tasks, including insurance verification, scheduling, and billing inquiries.
• Engage in marketing, outreach, and networking efforts, including social media, webinars, and provider collaborations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois (Required).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• 2-3 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic, manual therapy-focused setting (Preferred).
• Advanced training in manual therapy techniques (Preferred).
• CPR certification (Preferred).
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to build and maintain a strong patient caseload.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
