Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist in the greater Chicago Area. The Physical Therapist will provide evidence-based care directly in the patients' homes, helping clients recover mobility, build strength, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. Daily tasks include assessing patient needs, creating personalized treatment plans, delivering therapeutic interventions, tracking progress, and adjusting care strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Therapy practices and Rehabilitation techniques
- Strong expertise in providing Patient Care and personalized Home Care
- Solid foundation in Medicine, particularly related to musculoskeletal health and recovery
