About React Fueling
React Fueling provides on-site diesel & DEF delivery, fuel tank rentals, and job-site fueling solutions for construction, industrial, and commercial customers across Texas. We work fast, solve problems, and support customers who can't afford downtime.
We're growing quickly and looking for a hungry, relationship-driven sales rep who knows how to work contractors, job sites, and repeat business.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and close new customers (construction, GC's, subs, industrial sites)
- Sell diesel & DEF delivery, fuel tank rentals, and ongoing fueling programs
- Visit job sites, yards, and offices to build real relationships
- Manage accounts and grow recurring fuel volume
- Coordinate with operations on deliveries, tanks, and schedules
- Track activity and deals (basic CRM or tracking system)
What We're Looking For
- Outside B2B sales experience (construction, industrial, trucking, rentals, or fuel preferred)
- Comfortable walking job sites and talking to supers, PMs, and foremen
- Strong follow-up and closing skills
- Self-starter who doesn't need micromanagement
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Texas market knowledge is a big plus
Compensation
- Commission-based with aggressive upside
- Residual / recurring commissions on repeat fuel volume
- Performance bonuses available as accounts grow
- Opportunity to move into Senior Sales or Sales Manager role as the company scales
(High performers can build a strong book of recurring monthly fuel revenue.)
