React Fueling is a fast-growing Texas-based on-site diesel and DEF delivery company serving construction, industrial, and commercial job sites. We specialize in reliability, fast response, and professional service.

This role is not about branding or social media vanity.

We are hiring one person whose primary responsibility is to generate inbound leads daily.

What This Role Is Responsible For (Very Important)

You will own lead generation for React Fueling.

Your job is simple to define:

Make the phone ring with qualified customers who need fuel.Core ResponsibilitiesLead Generation (Primary)

• Drive daily inbound leads (calls, form fills, quote requests)
• Optimize and manage Google Business Profile
• Run and optimize Google Ads (call-focused, local service style)
• Create and manage local listings and marketplace posts
• Improve local SEO visibility ("diesel delivery near me", etc.)

Conversion Support

• Improve lead response flow and follow-up
• Track calls, leads, and conversion quality
• Identify which channels convert best and double down

Reporting & Accountability

• Weekly reporting on:
• Leads generated
• Cost per lead
• Conversion quality
• Continuous optimization based on results

What This Role Is NOT

Not a social media influencer role

Not a branding or design position

Not content-for-content's-sake

Not someone who needs daily direction

If your experience is mostly posting graphics or writing captions, this role is not a fit.

Required Experience

• Proven experience generating leads for local service businesses
• Strong knowledge of:
• Google Business Profile
• Google Ads (local / call-based)
• Local SEO
• Comfortable being measured on results, not activity
• Able to work independently and execute quickly

Preferred Experience

• Construction, fuel, logistics, rental, or industrial services
• Experience scaling lead volume for service companies
• Familiarity with call tracking and attribution tools

Compensation

• $50–$90/hour depending on experience
• Or salary performance bonuses (open to discussion)
• Bonuses tied directly to:
• Lead volume
• Cost per lead
• Revenue influence
