Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
- Experience in direct care or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Direct Support Professional (DSP) or similar.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs.
- Knowledge of behavioral management techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Administer/Supervise medications and monitor health conditions as per care plans.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
- Document client progress and report any changes in behavior or health to the appropriate team members.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance caregiving skills and knowledge.

Schedule:
Required: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Optional Additional Shifts: Thursday and Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Total Hours: 24–48 hours per week, depending on availability.
Please Note: This is a Weekend Manager position, and availability to work both Saturday and Sunday is required. Additional shifts on Thursday and Friday are available but are not required.
