We are seeking a Senior Analytics Implementation Specialist to join our Analytics Development team. In this role, you'll be responsible for enabling the collection of accurate, actionable data across our digital ecosystem while solving complex attribution and tracking challenges in a privacy-first environment.
You will leverage best practices for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, and Google Ads optimization within our modern SaaS marketing technology stack. This position requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills, as you'll collaborate with internal teams across marketing, product, and engineering to ensure high-quality data collection that powers insights and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics Implementation & Configuration
- Translate business and measurement requirements into structured tracking plans, implementation guides, and tagging frameworks
- Implement, configure, and maintain GA4, GTM (client- and server-side), and related analytics tools
- Develop, customize, QA, and troubleshoot data collection code using tag management systems, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Design and implement server-side tracking architectures for improved data accuracy and privacy compliance
Google Ads Optimization & Attribution
- Configure and optimize Google Ads conversion tracking, enhanced conversions, and CAPI integrations
- Implement cross-platform attribution models connecting GA4, Google Ads, and CRM systems
- Set up automated bidding optimization through proper conversion feedback loops
- Troubleshoot attribution discrepancies between advertising platforms and analytics tools
Advanced User Tracking & Data Stitching
- Implement user ID tracking and cross-device/cross-session attribution solutions
- Configure first-party data collection strategies using hashed PII and customer identifiers
- Set up account-level attribution and customer journey tracking across multiple touchpoints
- Manage complex B2B attribution scenarios with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Privacy & Compliance Management
- Implement cookieless tracking strategies and server-side data collection
- Configure Gclid, Wbraid, and other enhanced tracking parameters for improved attribution
- Design consent management workflows and privacy-compliant data collection processes
- Navigate iOS 14 and third-party cookie deprecation challenges
Data Quality & Governance
- Identify and resolve tracking issues, ensuring complete and accurate data collection
- Maintain audit processes and perform regular audits to document current tracking and outline improvements
- Recommend and deploy tracking solutions to support reporting, dashboards, and analysis
- Partner with internal stakeholders to prioritize requests and manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
Required Technical Expertise
Tag Management Systems
- Google Tag Manager (client- and server-side) - Expert level
- Experience with GTM templates, custom JavaScript, and API integrations
Analytics & Advertising Platforms
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) - Advanced configuration and troubleshooting
- Google Ads optimization and conversion tracking
- BigQuery for data analysis and custom attribution modeling
Advanced Tracking Technologies
- Server-side tracking implementation and architecture
- Enhanced conversions and CAPI (Conversions API) setup
- User ID tracking and cross-device attribution
- Hashed PII implementation and data stitching methodologies
Privacy & Attribution
- Cookieless tracking strategies and first-party data utilization
- Gclid, Wbraid, and enhanced tracking parameter implementation

Programming Languages

Additional Expertise

- Understanding of consent management concepts and GDPR/CCPA compliance

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
