Position Overview
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving growth through referral partnerships, community outreach, and strategic marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare or senior services who thrives on networking, building relationships, and delivering measurable results.

SUMMARY
This position is responsible for networking and marketing of the Company's services and coordination of operations between the agency, hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, and community organizations.
This role is responsible for working with patients, families, physicians, and other health personnel to assist in the growth of our company and acquire referrals from the healthcare community.
Key Responsibilities
- Referral Growth: Develop and maintain strong referral networks with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, hospice agencies, physicians, and community organizations.
- Community Engagement: Represent REACH Home Care at local networking events, health fairs, senior expos, and community programs.
- Sales & Marketing: Execute regional marketing strategies, presentations, and campaigns to promote services and brand awareness.
- Client Acquisition: Collaborate with intake and care coordination teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Market Analysis: Monitor regional trends, competitor activities, and demographics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with partners, ensuring satisfaction and reinforcing REACH Home Care’s value.
- Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Prepare reports and track ROI of business development activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development, ideally within home care, home health, or senior living.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills in the Tri-Cities region.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with healthcare professionals, clients, and families.
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of local senior care services, healthcare systems, and referral networks is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Other Duties as assigned.
