Position Overview
RE360 is seeking a Procurement/Purchasing Specialist to support our construction and property management operations. This role is critical to ensuring our renovation and maintenance teams have timely access to quality materials and services at the best possible value. The ideal candidate has experience sourcing and negotiating with vendors in construction, trades, or property services, and brings a strong analytical mindset to drive cost savings, efficiency, and scalability across a growing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors for construction, maintenance, materials, and professional services
- Negotiate pricing, volume discounts, contracts, and service agreements to support renovation and ongoing property needs
- Manage vendor relationships, performance, pricing compliance, and service levels
- Partner with construction, maintenance, and property management teams to forecast material and service needs
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities, usage trends, and inefficiencies
- Develop standardized vendor lists, preferred supplier programs, and pricing matrices
- Prepare spend analyses, cost comparisons, and procurement reports for leadership
- Support contract management, renewals, and documentation tracking
- Ensure purchasing aligns with budgets, timelines, and company policies
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within construction, property management, or operations-heavy environments
- Demonstrated success sourcing vendors and negotiating pricing and service agreements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret spend data and drive data-informed decisions
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with purchasing, accounting, or ERP systems preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting construction, property management, or operations-heavy organizations
- Familiarity with cost modeling, forecasting, or inventory optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $55,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience
