Trustly operates critical payments infrastructure used by some of the world’s largest digital businesses across Europe and the US. The business is profitable, operating at scale, and is now investing seriously in the quality of its hiring across commercial and technical functions as it continues to grow.
With significant momentum across the US organisation, Trustly is looking for an exceptional Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead that effort and raise the bar on how hiring is done.
The opportunity
This is a high-impact, hands-on role embedded directly in Trustly’s US business.
You will work directly with business and technical leadership, owning commercial and business hiring end-to-end while supporting a fast-growing technical function as demand scales.
The focus is not simply on filling roles. It is on ensuring the people joining the business are genuinely strengthening organisational capability across commercial, business, and technical functions. With a high volume of live roles and a fast-moving hiring environment, this role requires someone who can bring both structure and momentum.
What matters most in this role
Briefs will evolve, and the pace is fast. You’ll need to build credibility quickly with senior leaders, bring structure to how hiring is assessed, and proactively develop pipelines rather than simply react to open roles. You’ll also need to balance speed with long-term team design and help stakeholders understand why that distinction matters.

You’re an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who has delivered high-volume, high-quality hiring across business and technical functions. You have a clear point of view on what good looks like and the confidence to act on it, even when stakeholders push back.
You’re likely a strong fit if you’ve partnered closely with senior business leaders, have genuine sourcing and market intelligence capability, and have operated in environments where hiring quality was taken seriously at every level.
Location & compensation
This is a full-time, permanent role based in New York.
Compensation ranges from $124,000 to $180,000, depending on experience.
