About the Position: Works under the general administrative supervision of the District Commander/Deputy District Commander. Responsibilities are assigned from a general functional standpoint and specific requirements as needs/conditions occur. Performance is judged by effectiveness in meeting targets for work completion, thoroughness of reasoning, and adequacy of conclusions employed in making decisions/recommendations.

You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
Specialized Experience: To qualify applicants must possess 1 year of specialized experience at /or equivalent to the GS-13 level in federal service performing work that includes planning, organizing and directing an integrated system of financial staff services, including finance and accounting, budgetary , managerial and financial reporting and management analysis; experience directing the work of a resource management office; experience, planning and directing the overall aspects of an accounting program, experience establishing and operating an overall automated financial management system, or other work that is directly related to the work of a Financial Manager.
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
