About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support and oversee customer rollouts, technology refreshes, and deployment projects. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates clearly, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll coordinate internal teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure customers have a smooth, positive project experience from kickoff through completion.
What You’ll Do
Project Coordination & Execution
- Manage end-to-end project workflows for customer rollouts, refreshes, and deployments
- Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and task lists
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed on schedule
- Create and monitor capital and labor budgets for potential overages
- Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Provide clear, timely communication to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Identify risks, roadblocks, and dependencies — and proactively recommend solutions
- Deliver weekly status reports
Process & Documentation
- Maintain accurate project documentation within our systems
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve customer experience
- Ensure all projects follow internal standards, quality checks, and compliance requirements
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of project coordination, project planning, operations, or related experience
- Strong communication skills — able to communicate timelines, expectations, and changes clearly
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and adapt as projects evolve
- Experience with project management or CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, NetSuite, etc.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
