Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to oversee and manage documentation for building plans.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all documentation processes involved in building plans.
- Schedule surveys and organize project timelines.
- Make necessary travel arrangements.
- Prepare client proposals and contracts.
- Maintain the office's architectural license and manage meeting schedules.
- Organize continuing education programs and special office events.
- Perform various general office duties and maintain requested reports.
Essential Skills
- 2 years of experience at a general contractor or architecture firm.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Experience with documentation support for clients and contractors.
- Strong project coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Background in architecture, construction, or building.
- Experience in document control and construction administration.
- Strong organizational skills.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brecksville, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
