Renu 180 Medspa is seeking a polished, friendly, and highly organized part-time receptionist / patient coordinator to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced client-facing environment, enjoys providing exceptional customer service, and takes pride in creating a warm, professional, and elevated front desk experience.
Our ideal candidate is dependable, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing client service, scheduling, communication, and daily front desk operations.
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time
- $20/hour
- 3 days per week
- 9-hour shifts
- 1 Saturday per month (4.5 hours)
- Must be available to work at all three locations:
- Southington
- Newington
- Middlebury

Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients in a warm, polished, and professional manner
- Answer phones, texts, and client inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Rebook clients and support retention
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
- Assist with client intake, paperwork, and checkout
- Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions
- Communicate clearly with providers and team members
- Help ensure a seamless, high-end client experience from start to finish
Qualifications
- Previous front desk, receptionist, patient coordinator, medspa, salon, aesthetics, luxury retail, or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
- Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
