Important Note: This is not a job—this is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity. If you are not yet licensed, you must complete the required 77-hour pre-licensing course (available online or in-person) before joining our team.

Expectations & Activities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings effectively
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers to secure favorable terms for clients
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, colleagues, and industry contacts to foster relationships and generate leads
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and legal regulations such as Fair Housing laws
- Manage administrative tasks related to listings, client documentation, and transaction records
- Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws and ethical standards
- Support clients with property management inquiries when applicable
Requirements
- Valid real estate license, currently working toward licensure, or commitment to complete the 77-hour pre-licensing course (online or in-person)
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Willingness to develop negotiation and marketing abilities
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse client bases
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn Fair Housing regulations, real estate law, and industry best practices
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment
- Previous real estate or sales experience is helpful but not required
