What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at RE/MAX Key Properties?
REMAX Key Properties seeks a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to help us deliver white-glove marketing services that drive our real estate professionals' success. In this role, you'll be a force behind compelling marketing content, campaign management, and memorable company events that strengthen our brokerage community.
What You'll Do
- Work with the marketing director and website vendor to update the company website and SEO marketing efforts which include the reporting of all web traffic and CPL, CPC.
- Make updates to company-provided broker websites.
- Manage the scheduling and assist in the execution of marketing onboarding for all new brokers.
- Produce internal and external email newsletters.
- Produce the monthly marketing reports to present to the marketing director on a monthly basis.
- Work with the brokers to ensure they have all the marketing materials they need.
- Manage event calendar.
- Manage the scheduling and recording of company podcast.
- Work with sponsors to ensure quality representation in print, online and in-person promotions.
- Coordinate and plan events.
- Coordinate the scheduling and implementation of video productions.
- Work with vendors to coordinate and schedule projects and obtain pricing and costs from vendors.
- Coordinate with Advertisers.
- Prepare company and department reports and office meeting presentations.
- Update CRM database.
- Update Lookbooks, Listing Presentations, Buyer Presentations, Recruiting Proposals and other templated marketing materials.
- Manage voice and messaging for welcoming guests, art gallery, phone messages, phone tree, etc.
- Manage planning and promotion before and hospitality services during First Friday Art Walk events. Must be available to work the first Friday of each month, 5pm-8pm.
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, OR
- 2 years of hands-on marketing experience
Skills & Expertise:
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
- Basic graphic design skills with an eye for visual appeal
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
- Strong attention to detail and project management capabilities
