What you’ll handle daily
- Safely operate CNC laser and related equipment to meet specifications
- Load/unload sheet and parts; stage materials for efficient throughput
- Monitor cutting operations and address malfunctions promptly
- Process and assemble parts per setup sheets and drawings
- Inspect finished components for dimensional and visual quality
- Document production and operational data accurately
- Adhere to safety and quality procedures at all times
- Assist with general manufacturing tasks across the shop floor
Must-have background
- 2–3 years of CNC laser cutting experience in fabrication/manufacturing
- Proven capability cutting aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel
- Blueprint, setup sheet, and technical drawing literacy
- Mechanical aptitude; solid math and measurement proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
Preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
