Position focus
- Inspection & testing: Execute measurement plans; record and communicate results with clarity.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with quality and project engineering to translate inspection data into action.
- CMM programming: Develop new PC-DMIS programs and enhance existing ones for new and legacy components.
- Compliance: Confirm parts meet drawings, specifications, and acceptance test procedures.
- Documentation: Complete all quality and traceability records accurately and on time.
- Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required background
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–3 years in manufacturing quality control; hands-on CMM experience.
- Fluent in drawing interpretation, specs, ATPs; strong GD&T literacy.
- PC-DMIS preferred.
- Experience in AS9100 and ISO 9001 settings preferred.
- ASQ Certified Quality Inspector is advantageous.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
