Job Description: Showroom Assistant
Classification: Non-Exempt, Regular, “At Will” Work Status
Reports To: Operations Manager
Status: Part-time (hours: 10am-2pm), every Saturday
Re-Bath is a fast-growing, bathroom remodeling company with annual revenues exceeding $35M and looking to grow to $50M in 2-3 years. We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS (Essential Functions):
- Greeting potential customers and showing them products in the showroom.
- Capturing relevant customer information on a form and then relaying it to the Call Center immediately.
- Stay educated on product knowledge.
- Securing the building by making sure the doors are locked and alarm is armed.
- Cleaning the office and showroom
- Dusting & wiping displays down weekly.
- Vacuuming and mopping the floors weekly.
- Cleaning bathrooms weekly.
- Emptying waste baskets weekly.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as instructed by manager.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work on your own and manage your time
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work
- Computer literacy and typing ability to forward information as needed
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Sitting 50% at designated workstation
- Standing/walking 50% (cleaning, down time, helping potential customers, etc.)
- Lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, pushing & pulling

Schedule Requirements:
- Part-time position with potential for varying schedules based on business needs.
