About the Role
Re-Bath of New England is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to support and coach our in-home Design Consultant team. We are a high-volume bathroom remodeling company covering Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, and this role requires travel throughout our entire territory.
This is a hands-on, coach-focused leadership position involving training, ride-alongs, accountability, and support for day-to-day sales operations.

Re-Bath of New England is looking for a high-energy, field-first Assistant Sales Manager to help scale one of the most respected in-home remodeling sales teams in the Northeast.
If you are a top-performing Design Consultant, elite one-call closer, or current sales leader ready to build people while still staying close to the customer, this is your seat.
You’ll work directly with senior sales leadership to:
- coach reps in live customer appointments
- improve close rates
- onboard and train new hires
- recruit top talent
- reinforce our proven in-home selling system
- help build a culture of accountability and winning
This role is designed for someone who wants to lead from the front, develop closers, and directly impact revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
Every week, you’ll be in the field helping the team execute at a higher level.
- Ride along with reps in the field
- Coach in real-time on process and closing
- Help close difficult deals Train new hires on our 9-step in-home sales process
- Run role plays and objection handling sessions
- Recruit and interview new Design Consultants
- Track team KPIs and performance trends
- Hold reps accountable to standards
- Support daily sales huddles and weekly performance reviews
- Help develop future top closers and leaders
This is a high-impact leadership role where your coaching directly improves team performance and company growth.
