We are seeking Lead Generators to join our Team at Re-Bath of NWFL! You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, providing information about our company and products, and generating quality leads for our design team. This role involves representing Re-Bath in a variety of settings—including community events, fairs, festivals, and home improvement stores across Northwest Florida.
In addition to customer engagement, you may also assist with product education and support for store staff or event partners to help strengthen awareness of the Re-Bath brand. Success in this role requires confidence, strong communication skills, and the ability to create meaningful conversations with diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Generate and schedule quality leads that turn into appointments for our in-home design consultants.
- Set up a table/booth/display in-store or at an event. Materials will be provided for you.
- Provide basic product and service information to prospective customers.
- Work with Lowe's associates to assist them in fully understanding the Lowe's/Re-Bath of NWFL partnership including training, Product Knowledge (PK) sessions, Specialty Spotlights, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Energetic, engaging, and able to build strong rapport with customers, associates, and store managers
- Positive, professional demeanor with excellent verbal communication skills
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to manage time efficiently.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within a 50-mile radius.
- Must be able to work Tuesday-Saturday.
*We offer guaranteed hourly pay, PLUS- pay bonuses, and incentives (gas, toll, maintenance, etc.) Paid Training is provided.
