As a Re-Bath In-Store Promoter, you'll be the face of our brand inside local Lowe's stores, engaging with homeowners and introducing them to Re-Bath's bathroom remodeling solutions. You'll create meaningful conversations, identify potential customers, and generate qualified leads by helping shoppers understand how Re-Bath can transform their bathroom.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is outgoing, personable, confident, and motivated by results. You'll work independently in a retail environment while representing a trusted, established brand and helping homeowners take the first step toward improving their homes.
What You'll Do
- Set up and maintain an engaging Re-Bath display table within Lowe's to attract shoppers and generate qualified leads.
- Proactively approach and engage with customers throughout the store to spark conversations about their bathroom remodeling needs.
- Conduct in-aisle product knowledge sessions to educate Lowe's customers on Re-Bath products, services, and remodeling solutions.
- Represent the Re-Bath brand professionally and create a positive customer experience.
- Stay knowledgable about products, promotions, financing options, and the remodeling process.
Qualifications
- Customer service, sales, retail, or lead generation experience preferred not required.
- Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable approaching and talking with new people.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Professional, reliable, and dependable.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to identidy customer needs.
- Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging customers in a busy retail environment.
