What are the responsibilities and job description for the Heavy Equipment Operator position at RDR Utility Services Group?

RDR is seeking Equipment Operators to round out our Underground Utility and Erosion Control divisions.
Currently seeking heavy equipment operators for various projects across West Virginia.
Job Summary:
Operators will report directly to their RDR supervisor.
· Able to work outside in varying weather conditions.
· Able to lift - up to 75 lbs., stand for long periods of time, walk, squat, crouch.
· Able to work up to and at times greater than 12 hour days
Preferred experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience operating a dozer and/or hoe preferred.
Highly seeking those comfortable working on steep terrain and winching experience preferred.
Previous underground utility experience preferred.
Familiar with working on live gas lines preferred.
Familiar with the installation of gas mains and service connections preferred.
Operators must be willing to assist with labor work when needed.
