MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL 70-100% of the time. Currently home on weekends.

Experience forming, mixing, and pouring concrete.
Experience installing and leveling topsoil, seeding, and mulching.
Construction experience.

- Able to work outside in varying weather conditions.
- Able to lift - up to 75 lbs., stand for long periods of time, walk, squat, crouch.
- Able to work up to and at times greater than 10 hour days
- Must be proficient with hand tools.
- Comfortable working 40-50 hours per week on average. *weather permitting*.
- Willingness to learn and obtain knowledge.
- Capable of manual labor.
- Ready and able to work.
- On time and prepared for work.
- Clean and maintain equipment and tools.
- Identify and retrieve tools and materials.
- Job site cleanup.
- Forming and installing concrete.
- Install topsoil, seed, and mulching work areas.
- Wear proper PPE for each task.
- Fire extinguisher, First Aid, Equipment, Truck, and Trailer Inspections.
- Turn in Inspections to Foreman.
- Identify and prevent job site hazards.
- Manual labor associated with any task.
- Abide by all Company, Customer, State, and Federal Regulations.
