What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Superintendent position at RDM Recruiting?
Our client is a well-regarded general contractor known for delivering quality construction projects on time and with a high level of care for every client they serve. They operate as a tight-knit, entrepreneurial team where individual contributions are visible and meaningful — this is not a company where superintendents get lost in the org chart.
They are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to join their team and take full field ownership of assigned projects from start to finish.
What makes this opportunity stand out
This client hires for character as much as experience. Their superintendents are trusted to run their projects — they don't micromanage. The right candidate will be someone who takes pride in ownership, follows through without being prompted, and thrives in an environment where their decisions genuinely shape outcomes. Projects offer variety in scope and type, with real opportunity to grow into broader responsibility over time.
