Role Summary
We’re seeking a Development and Communications Manager to execute donor care, events, and multi‑channel communications that grow Clarifi’s visibility and philanthropic revenue. You will manage content calendars, campaigns, and giving/CRM systems, and support the Director of Development & Communications on high‑impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
Hybrid with minimum three days onsite; occasional evenings/weekends; limited travel (2–3 times annually).

Key Responsibilities
- Steward donors with timely acknowledgments and tailored communications
- Maintain fundraising databases and giving portals (Salesforce, Give Lively, Stripe/PayPal) for accurate entry and reporting
- Assist with prospect research and support cultivation strategies
- Coordinate fundraising events and community engagement activities end‑to‑end
- Create and distribute content across website, email newsletters, press, and social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn); manage content calendars
- Monitor engagement and media coverage; liaise with media, partners, and vendors
- Support volunteer initiatives and serve as point of contact for the Young Professionals Advisory Board (YPAB)
- Provide project management and administrative support; assist with design assets in Canva
- Excellent writing/editing, organization, and project management
- Experience with CRM/databases and social platforms; Salesforce preferred
- Comfort engaging donors and diverse audiences; Spanish language ability preferred
- Bachelor’s in communications/marketing or related field; nonprofit or fundraising/communications support experience
- 3-5 years of experience required

Salary : $62,000 - $72,000
