The Project Coordinator/Assistant role supports the successful delivery of building enclosure projects through strong coordination, technical accuracy, and collaboration across teams. Manages project tasks, contributes to increasingly complex deliverables, and supports client relationships and business development activities. Maintains a strong focus on quality, process improvement, and ethical, safety-focused work practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads project coordination and administration, supporting efficient project delivery and team adherence to protocols and standards
- Supports business development and client communication, acting as a reliable point of contact
- Prepares and contributes to project deliverables, including more complex tasks, and supports day-to-day office administration
- Ensures accuracy and quality in project tasks, with strong documentation and data management practices
- Demonstrates strong understanding of internal systems and identifies opportunities to improve workflows and processes
- Collaborates effectively with team members, supports peer development, and escalates issues as needed
- Acts ethically and contributes to a respectful, safety-focused workplace
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of related experience.
- Experience handling project documentation, coordinating project activities, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data organization, analysis, and reporting
- Proficiency in technology used for project management, document management systems, and office organization.
- Basic knowledge of construction and project management concepts.

Benefits & Perks
The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annualized for a full-time role. Salary is dependent on various factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for discretionary incentives and share ownership.
