Quality Assurance Specialist
RdF Corporation, a leading manufacturer of temperature sensors, seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist for Hudson, NH. The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for continuous improvement of the Quality Assurance Program and ensuring products meet quality standards and compliance requirements. An ideal candidate will have strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Specialist:
- Support continuous improvement of the Quality Assurance Program.
- Oversee employee adherence to and education of QA Program.
- Review customer Quality requirements and coordinate compliance as required.
- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards, customer and regulatory requirements.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, engineers, customers, and auditors.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Analyze processes to identify issues and implement corrective actions. Review non-conformances and identify resolutions.
- Perform visual and mechanical incoming, in-process, and final inspection, and resistance calibration of components used in the manufacture of precision wire-wound temperature sensors.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements of the Quality Assurance Specialist:
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects.
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS 9100
- Experience with Quality Management Systems.
Education Requirements of the Quality Assurance Specialist:
- Bachelor’s degree or experience in advanced Quality Systems.
- At least 2 years of quality assurance experience.
This position is full-time, and offers a desirable 9/80 work schedule with alternating Fridays off.
