We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for traveling to, and completing daily work orders for various single family home rental properties In the Macomb County area. Duty Examples
- Door repair.
- Door knob/lock installs.
- Dishwasher Installs.
- Garbage disposal installs.
- Read and satisfy city code violations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in home maintenance environments with knowledge of troubleshooting, reparing, and installing.
- Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors including lifting objects, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Have your own tools, some will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on your own while completing jobs in a timely manner.
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
