About the Position: You will serve as the Lead Project Scheduler for the Baltimore District as a special advisor to the Chief of Program & Project Controls and provide technical assistance with implementing and maintaining the Program and Project Management Information System, the database of record for all Program and Project management data, for all district projects and programs.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes (1) Independently developing and analyzing complex project schedules using the automated project management systems Primavera Professional and P6Web; (2) Advising and leading coordination with members of the Project Delivery Teams, Project Managers, staff, and senior leaders regarding detailed project status including project scope, schedule, and budget; and (3) Independently reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating reports for the overall program and troubleshooting project progress and providing corrective actions to maintain schedule and cost performance. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
