RCT is seeking an experienced Policy Developer to support the Sponsor’s Entitlement Programs, IdAM/ICAM, and digital policy management initiatives. This role works closely with developers, software engineers, and data engineers to design, integrate, and maintain secure, cloud-based systems across the full system lifecycle.

- Design, build, test, maintain, and monitor systems and services
- Ensure system designs align with architecture and allocated requirements
- Analyze user requirements to automate and improve existing systems
- Perform functional, cost, timeline, and requirements analyses
- Identify and resolve system integrity issues from concept through disposal
- Integrate systems and services and communicate results to stakeholders
- Support development, documentation, and execution of system policies
- Provide release management and deployment readiness coordination
- BS degree with 12 years of relevant experience
- Strong AWS/cloud experience
- Linux administration expertise
- Experience with release management and customer support
- Puppet and BASH experience (preferred)
- CLSE experience
- Deep experience with IdAM/ICAM, authentication, authorization, attributes, entitlement, and digital policy management
- Experience with security accreditation processes
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
- LDAP experience
- Security , ITIL, or AWS certifications
