RCT is hiring an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support mission-critical Entitlement Programs, including IdAM/ICAM, authentication, authorization, and digital policy management. Key Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance infrastructure for both legacy and new mission applications
Design and deploy modern solutions (containers, serverless, self-healing systems)
Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum team with 3-week delivery cycles
Participate in backlog grooming, planning, and team collaboration
Share operational (O&M) duties, including limited after-hours on-call rotation
Required Qualifications
TS/SCI with Polygraph
BS with 8–12 years or MS with 10–13 years of relevant experience
Strong AWS experience (console & CLI)
Kubernetes containerization
Linux systems administration and Bash scripting
Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation)
Automation tools (Jenkins, Rundeck)
Security accreditation and controls experience
Desired Qualifications
Excellent communication skills and Agile/Scrum experience
C2S experience (4 years)
High-availability and multi-region failover design
Log aggregation/analysis (Elasticsearch, Kibana)
