Position Summary: The Director of Business Development will be responsible for driving growth and expansion for the commercial moving company. This individual will develop and execute strategic business plans, establish key partnerships, and identify new market opportunities to generate revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth and market expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial moving industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and initiatives.
- Oversee the proposal development process, including pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Develop tailored moving solutions and service packages for commercial clients.
- Manage relationships with property managers, facility managers, and corporate relocation managers.
- Lead the creation of comprehensive relocation plans and timelines for large-scale moves.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards in all business dealings.

Conditions of Employment:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable DMV record
- High school diploma
