JOB DESCRIPTION: Janitor
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent. Prior cleaning experience a plus.
REPORTING SUPERVISOR: COO
GENERAL DUTIES: To perform general cleaning duties.
*Denotes essential job function.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
*To perform cleaning duties including: general cleaning procedures for floors, walls, windows, lavatories, office areas, and proper use and care of cleaning materials, such as vacuum cleaners and floor sweepers.
*To perform necessary outside seasonal duties and care of the agency grounds including lawn mowing, weed eating, and snow removal.
*To perform any other duties as assigned by the Janitorial Supervisor.
