We are partnered with a client seeking a Structured Finance Attorney to join their in-house Structuring team.
The firm is a leading fintech, backed by world-class VC firms and global investment banking institutions, including J.P. Morgan, Citi, and State Street. They are at the forefront of capital markets innovation, with the Structuring team supporting the launch of complex structured solutions for their banking clients using capital markets instruments.
They are seeking an experienced Structured Finance Lawyer to drive the conceptualization and execution of new structured financing solutions and products, with the ability to understand, develop, and assess how these structures would be regulated.
You would lead the drafting and negotiation of documentation, drive end-to-end solution development processes in close collaboration with key clients (owning these discussions throughout development), and interface with external resources.
