We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred. A portion of the position is driving to customers locations and doing physical inspections. The balance of the time is in the office making phone calls to customers. There is an added opportunity for limited sales. Additional commissions are paid. People skills are a must.ResponsibilitiesCSR will go to clients location and inspect accounts.
