Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team in Freehold, NJ. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for assisting clients with insurance products, building client relationships, and meeting sales goals. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, quoting new policies, supporting retention efforts, and promoting product offerings to meet customer needs. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a consultative approach to customer interaction.
Qualifications
- Customer service and relationship-building skills to provide an exceptional client experience
- Sales aptitude with effective communication and persuasion abilities
- Time management, organizational, and multitasking skills to manage client accounts effectively
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work on-site in Nashua, NH and collaborate effectively with a team
- Previous experience with Allstate is ideal or at least with an insurance agency.
