Responsibilities
- 1 Years of Experience in Carpentry
- Proficient knowledge of frame carpentry
- Install rebar and perform concrete forming to ensure structural integrity
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics accurately
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to complete framing tasks
- Conduct masonry, drywall, plastering, and stucco work as needed for finishing touches
- Perform heavy lifting and dimensional measurements to maintain precision in framing projects
- Collaborate with construction management to adhere to project timelines and safety standards
Skills
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and heavy equipment operation
- Expertise in carpentry including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, woodwork, and masonry
- Familiarity with construction plans, schematics, metal stud framing, and restoration work
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations
- Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or on uneven surfaces
- Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and experience working with construction management teams
