Human Resource Generalist

Great opportunity for a person to wear both the HR and Office Manager titles in a small manufacturing setting that is also the companies primary engineering center. Located in Salt Lake City, Utah in a modern environment. Reports to corporate HR manager in Ohio and dotted line responsibilities with Salt Lake Plant Mgr the role has great visibility and promotional opportunities. The role supports manufacturing, Corporate HR, corporate engineering. Which means both day to day operation but also long term policies. Responsibilities include Salt Lake staffing, employee relations, engagement, development, attendance, management performance and other employee related matters. Due to the roles visibility the HR Generalist will guide leadership on employee relations matters. This role partners with HR leadership and site leadership to implement programs and strategies that strengthen teamwork and employee engagement. Role with coordinate and support employee benefits administration. In particular support ongoing Continuous improvement throughout the entire corporation.
