Consistent Sunday - Thursday Evening Work

RCF Commercial Cleaning is hiring a dependable Evening Commercial Cleaner for a consistent, long-term position in Boise.

This position offers approximately 30 hours per week, working Sunday - Thursday for about 6 hours each night. Cleaning begins after 8:00 PM.

This is a great fit for someone who prefers evening work, wants a predictable weekday schedule, and is comfortable working independently.

Please note: This client location requires assigned employees to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Pay

• Starting pay: $15.00/hour
• $15.50/hour after 30 days
• $16.00/hour after 90 days
• Paid weekly

What You’ll Do

• Clean and disinfect restrooms
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Vacuum carpeted areas
• Sweep and mop hard floors
• Clean break rooms and common areas
• Dust and wipe assigned surfaces
• Clean glass and entry areas as assigned
• Restock restroom supplies
• Follow building-specific cleaning schedules and procedures
• Properly use and care for cleaning equipment and supplies
• Complete all assigned cleaning tasks each shift

We're looking for someone who is:

• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working independently
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
• Able to follow instructions and a detailed cleaning schedule
• Able to stay on task and complete assigned work within the scheduled time
• Comfortable being active throughout the shift
• Willing to communicate with their supervisor when questions or problems arise

Commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but we will train the right person.

Requirements

• Must be available Sunday - Thursday
• Must be able to work approximately 6 hours per night
• Must be able to start work after 8:00 PM
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must pass a background check
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive cleaning movements
