- Meet homeowners, assess sites, and sell pool projects.
- Develop pool layouts and design concepts for gunite, fiberglass, and vinyl pools.
- Prepare estimates and proposals and follow up with leads.
- Supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, and manage construction through completion.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE
- Working Pool Construction ForemanLead daily field operations, supervise employees, read construction plans, coordinate specialty trades, and oversee quality and jobsite safety. Previous experience leading pool builds required. Experience across multiple pool types preferred.
- Skilled Pool InstallersPerform pool layout, plumbing, equipment installation, pressure testing, forming, base preparation, and backfill. Tell us which pool types and construction stages you have worked on.
- Equipment OperatorOperate excavation equipment and assist with grading, site preparation, and installation. Experience working around underground utilities and existing structures preferred.
- Construction LaborersAssist with material handling, digging, site preparation, and cleanup. Construction experience preferred; willingness to learn, reliability, and safe work habits are essential.

Pay: $38.46 - $46.31 per hour
