Rate: $26.75/hr. to $29.00/hr. (depending on experience)
Work Saturday and Sunday 6:00am-10:00pm or 2:00pm - 6:00am and receive an 8-hour paid incentive!

- Medication Administration: Accurately administer medications and treatments per care plans.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and progress.
- Leadership: Guide and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure optimal care.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Active and valid LPN license
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care (preferred).
